Used Oil Recycling

Used motor oil, or “sump oil” should not be thrown away or poured down the drain. Although oil gets dirty, used oil can still be cleaned and reused. Recycled used oil can be used as an industrial burner fuel, hydraulic oil, incorporated into other products or re-refined back into new lubricating oil.
Using this oil reservoir in-stead of attempting to dry the oil in place results in such large energy savings that operation may be possible where it would be impossible to operate a vacuum system.

Demulsifier

Demulsifier : An additive that promotes oil-water separation in lubricants that are exposed to water or steam.

Demulsifying, oil & water separation; Dehydration and degassing; Remove out particles, residuals and other dirties in oil; Upgrade cloudy dark yellow color to be clean; Apply to hydraulic...

promotes adhesion of the oil droplets to the solids thus reducing the effective density difference between the oil and the water, and hindering oil-water separation.

Particle Oil Cleaner

Designed for hydraulic and lubricating systems with filtering .

Submicron particles, as well as larger contaminants, are trapped on cellulose collector inside stainless steel chamber. Components include positive displacement pump with integral relief valve as well as single inlet and discharge.

The Kleentek product line is an industry-leading, technologically advanced oil cleaning system that works electrostatically to purge oil of contaminants. Kleentek systems are used in the power generation, automotive assembly, injection molding, maritime and chemical refining industries, among others.

These contaminants are trapped on a cellulose collector inside a stainless steel chamber where they are collected and easily disposed. Each collector is made of disposable cellular fiber and is specially pleated to hold contaminants. Depending upon the application, a collector will furnish 2,000 to 10,000 hours of use before a replacement collector is required.
